25 Gauge Vitreoretinal Instruments are specially designed for Micro Incision MIVS surgery and can be used through 25G trocar port. 25-gauge system is suitable for macular surgery (Macular hole/macular pucker/epiretinal membrane), simple cases of vitreous haemorrhage, branch vein decompression (sheathotomy). 25G instruments are preferred in pediatric cases.
