The Double-Ended Lenticule Spatula-Hook is a precision ophthalmic instrument designed for small-incision keratorefractive lenticule extraction (KLEx) procedures, including ReLEx® SMILE, CLEAR, and SmartSight. The delicate incision hook facilitates access through the small corneal incision, while the opposite flat, tapered spatula supports controlled separation of the anterior and posterior lenticule interfaces and gentle manipulation of the stromal lenticule. The spatula's smoothly rounded working profile provides a broad contact surface for delicate tissue dissection, allowing surgeons to perform complementary steps of lenticule separation with a single double-ended instrument.
