The Holland Spatulated DALK Scissors Left are precision scissors designed for the “Big Bubble” Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK) procedure. These scissors are used to divide the posterior stroma into quadrants and facilitate tissue removal. Featuring a Vannas-style micro blade construction with a spatulated inner blade, the design ensures the scissors remain in the correct surgical plane to minimize accidental perforation. The shortened, delicately curved outer blade allows for controlled trimming, while blunt, rounded tips and a lower tine safety platform protect the Descemet’s membrane during dissection. Made specifically for left-handed surgeons.
